About Thornwell Media
Thornwell Media is a growing marketing company built to support ambitious brands, service businesses, and affiliated companies across multiple industries and markets.
We bring together performance advertising, content, creative production, social media, SEO, reputation management, public relations, automation, and marketing technology within one coordinated operating model.
Our work goes beyond launching campaigns. We build the systems, teams, reporting, and execution required to generate demand, improve visibility, strengthen public trust, and help businesses scale efficiently.
As Thornwell Media grows, the company will continue expanding its work across both affiliated businesses and external clients throughout North America.
About the Role
Thornwell Media is hiring a Vice President of Marketing Operations to build, lead, and scale a high-output marketing organization across multiple brands, client accounts, industries, and geographic markets.
This role is designed for an experienced marketing operator who understands how to lead complex marketing delivery across several businesses at the same time.
You will be responsible for creating the structure behind the work: how campaigns are planned, teams are organized, content is produced, budgets are controlled, approvals are managed, performance is measured, and clients receive consistent results.
The successful candidate will oversee marketing for affiliated companies while helping develop Thornwell Media into a scalable external agency serving clients across North America.
This is not a conventional marketing-manager position. We are looking for a senior leader who can manage strategy and execution across paid media, content, social media, SEO, reputation, PR, creative production, reporting, automation, and client delivery.
How to Apply
Apply with your resume. If your background aligns with the position, you’ll receive an email with a link to complete a short pre-recorded video interview within 24–48 hours of applying.

The Person We Are Looking For
You are a marketing operator who can think strategically while also building the systems required to execute.
You know how to manage multiple brands, clients, campaigns, and teams without losing control of quality, cost, or deadlines.
You are comfortable combining local talent, offshore resources, freelancers, agencies, software, AI, and automation into one coordinated delivery model.
You do not judge marketing success by activity alone. You focus on qualified leads, conversion, visibility, trust, reputation, client outcomes, brand strength, cost control, and long-term business value.
You are able to identify weak execution quickly, bring structure to disorganized teams, and hold people accountable without becoming dependent on constant involvement in every task.
You can communicate clearly with founders, executives, clients, technical teams, creative teams, and performance marketers.
Most importantly, you are capable of turning a collection of marketing activities into a disciplined and scalable marketing operation.
